Ulsan Jeongjadong White Swan

The standout for me was how clean the bedding and pillows were. White Swan Hotel also has a lot of useful extras, from a computer, large TV, hair dryer and straightener to men's and women's skincare, lotion and bathrobes. The fridge had water, canned coffee, vitamin drinks and Houttuynia cordata tea. I booked after finding it in an online search the day before. The seven-story white building sits in Jeongja Beach in Ulsan, at the end of Haeparang Trail Course 9 and the start of Course 10. Both the exterior and relatively new interior looked clean. You can control the heating and lights from one spot, and there's a large air conditioner built into the full wall. They serve cup ramen in the evening. Breakfast runs from 6 to 9 AM, with toast, cereal, strawberry jam, milk, orange juice, hard-boiled eggs and coffee. Cleanliness and good value seem to be the main priorities.
