The beds were comfortable, and I liked having a fridge and heated beds in the room. The location is good, though the worn, dated furniture makes it seem better suited to Korean-speaking guests. I asked one of the kids how to use the steam styling closet, but he either didn't know or gave me the wrong instructions. I couldn't get it working because it needed water. An instruction card in English would help, and putting the information online could save paper.

The staff were extremely friendly, and there's a parking lot in a nice location. But cleanliness could be better. I found lots of hair in the carpet, and the towels smelled way too strongly of bleach. The sauna is for men only.

Getting here by car was easy thanks to the spacious parking, and there are plenty of Starbucks and restaurants nearby. The hotel has a sauna and bathtub, and breakfast was decent. I didn't feel especially welcomed at check-in, and you'll need to buy basics like toothbrushes yourself since they don't provide amenities. The entrance lights make a constant noise that could bother someone sensitive to it. It looked clean at first, but the bathtub and towels were worn and the details could use more care. Nothing about the stay really stuck with me. -BOFF

I stayed there for about 15 days, and they gave good service. Thank you so much.

A standard two-star hotel in a quiet area, with good rooms and a nice breakfast.
