WJ Hotel Pool House

The room was laid out over three levels: parking below, a room with a bathroom, then another room with its own bathroom that led to the kitchen and private thermal-water pool. The hotel is new, very clean, and the staff were so friendly. They let us take our heavy suitcases through the service areas and up in the elevator. The owner seemed a little shy about guiding us through the narrow corridors, but everything was tidy and clean. We spotted barbecue areas downstairs, too. I wish we’d stayed more than one night.

I could relax in the bathtub, and the bedding was clean. The room was quiet and didn’t smell of smoke.

The staff were friendly and quick to help. I booked on a whim for Children's Day and found the hot spring bath on the third floor had clean water. The layout is parking on the first floor, guest room on the second, and bath on the third, so the stairs between floors may be tough for older people. It’s out on the outskirts and could be hard to reach without a car.

A little pricey, but the unmanned motel was convenient. There’s a pool where you can soak, and I had a good rest.
