The Healing Hotel

The room was clean and nice, but the owner's attitude left me disappointed. I was in room 502, and the bedroom TV wasn't connecting to the internet. When I told the owner, he first said he couldn't do anything. I pointed out I was paying the same price and shouldn't have to accept that service. Only then did he say, in an annoyed tone, that he'd move me to another room, and walked off. My girlfriend was with me and felt the same way.

The bathroom had no door at all, which caught me off guard when I first entered the room. At the front desk, I was told some rooms have doors and some don't. All the rooms with doors were occupied, so they couldn't move me, and I just stayed put. Looking at the reviews later, I saw quite a few people had mentioned the same thing. If I'd known, I would've asked in advance for a room with a bathroom door. There were two skin toners among the room amenities, but no lotion. I also found a dried-up disposable contact lens on the floor. It would've been better if the room staff paid a bit more attention to cleaning and upkeep.

I was happy with it since it seemed up to date. There wasn't a computer, though.

Getting around is easy, and you can spot it as soon as you come out of Nanliangshan Station.
