Osaek Green Yard

I booked mainly for the hot springs, which I did enjoy, but the maintenance and service left a bad impression. The hair dryer was broken and smelled like it was burning. I called the front desk and was told someone would come check it, but nobody showed up. When I followed up, the staff didn’t seem to know that no one had come and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. Rooms need proper inspection before guests arrive, and the facilities need improvement. I don’t think I’ll book here again.

The bathhouse and sauna here were incredibly relaxing after hiking Seoraksan with a friend. They were very affordable, too.

There were lots of healthy options here, from the sauna, Hot Joga, and fitness center to the healthy immune programed food. I loved the mountain views and being able to go hiking. Plenty of people were returning with their families, and I want to come back myself and stay for more than a week.

A cozy, relaxing escape from the busy city. The buildings are a little old, but the facilities were clean and well looked after.
