Yeosu Hotel Haven

The rooms are really quiet, and the hotel is conveniently located in Yeosu City near the shipyard. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. on the second floor, with both Asian and Western options. The pool and bar are there too. There's a restaurant on the third floor, plus a CU store around the corner that's open 24 hours. If you agree with my review, give it a like!

The view is hard to beat, and getting picked up or dropped off by taxi was easy. It isn't very walkable, though. We loved the super-comfy beds, and the rooms were just right, even if they weren't high-tech or brand new. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice having a CU downstairs. Lots of families seemed to be enjoying their stay. A cozy coastal getaway!

The pool was spotless and had a shower and dryer, with a lovely view of Geobukseon bridge. If you're lucky, you might catch the occasional fireworks show nearby. There's a minibar beside the pool where each room gets one glass of the hotel's own draft beer per stay, and a CU store in the hotel stays open 24/7. Our room was tidy and nicely designed, with a clean, spacious toilet. The view straight onto the bridge was especially nice in the evening. The room was clean too, though the bathing towels were a little worn.

The river and hotel make a lovely view together. It was quiet, with hardly any noise. South Korea is the best place to visit solo.
