The location is a big plus, really close to downtown and Yeosu expo. It was peaceful and very clean, and the price was good too.

A guesthouse right in the center, and a great stay!

Breakfast was tasty, with fried eggs, toast, and cereal. There are two towels for each person, plus a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and a curling iron in the hallway. Bring your own conditioner, shower towel, and cleansing products. It was clean and really nice, and the first-floor lockers are handy for storing luggage.

I couldn't shower because the bathroom was so cold. I stayed in winter, around the first week of November, and it was nearly freezing with a very strong draft. The toilets were covered in mold and hadn't been cleaned on the first day. Soundproofing was poor too, I could hear people talking from the communal shower room at the end. I didn't see the owner at the counter during my two-night, three-day stay, so I'm not sure how well things are being run.

Breakfast was good, with cereal, toasted eggs, and other choices to suit different tastes. The place itself was clean and nice, and the bathrooms and restaurant were spotless. Romantic Pojangmacha and Yi Sun-sin Square are both within walking distance.
