Free parking was a nice bonus, and the rooftop was great. The house was spotless and well organized, with a big kitchen and large tables. The plants were so cute, and the rooms and bathroom were really good. The beds were the best I've had in Korea so far. The owners were sweet and helpful. My only suggestion is a bigger pillow, or two pillows, since the one provided felt a bit small.

The private single room was cozy, and I had a comfortable stay in a good location. The one thing that made me sad was seeing a cat tied up by the entrance all day when it didn't seem very healthy. It probably needs more room to move around.

For such a low-priced motel, it had lots of amenities, a great location, and was very clean. I stayed for two weeks and would definitely recommend it.

We had a private room for two with its own bathroom. It was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. For what we paid, Backpackers in Yeosu felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The people running it were incredibly friendly and helpful. My Korean is like a five-year-old's, but I still had some lovely chats with the older lady who seems to run the place. Across the street, the cafe / pub felt like an extension of the hostel, almost like a living room, with a great atmosphere and a great barman. The food and drinks seemed a little expensive compared with other parts of Korea, though the prices felt about typical for Yeosu.
