Parking was easy, with plenty of space, and having a big supermarket close by was handy. This residence near Ungcheon is great value.

The nearby convenience stores, supermarket, and coffee shops made things easy. The room itself was clean, and I stayed in a duplex on the 7th floor. There was a double bed upstairs and another downstairs, with system air conditioners in both the bedroom and living room. The ventilated kitchen had dishes for four, plus cups, pots, and combs. Towels, shampoo, and body wash were provided in the bathroom, but no disposable toothbrushes.

It was clean, and the low price was a plus since the place seems fairly new. The setup felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel, though. Some of the names on the shampoo and hand wash were misspelled, and the hot and cold taps were switched, so I thought there was no hot water at first, lol. Still, a good-value spot for a trip.
