Beach Condo Resort

The owner responds quickly, and during the off-season the stay feels like a four-star hotel for the price. Most things are within a 10-minute walk for an adult man. I hope management handles the peak season better, though. The facilities are showing their age and need maintenance checks, especially the bathroom fixtures, which aren't working properly. There's also mold on the bathroom tiles.

There are lots of great restaurants close by, haha, and the owner was really kind. The location is convenient, and the view is spectacular both in the daytime and at night. I had a great stay at this pension and highly recommend it.

The best things here are the location and how clean it is. I was also moved by the view of Yeosu at night and the cable car running. Some things could be better, though. Fruit paring knives are strictly prohibited, and the microwaves are in the hallway instead of being in each room. The lighting in the shared rooms is too dim and needs improvement.

Being close to a pocha is handy, and Yi Sun-sin Square is walkable. The Yeosu night view is another plus. The bathroom was spacious, too. But the bedding had a mix of stale, musty smells, and I had trouble sleeping because I wondered if the covers had even been changed. There was noise from a popping game outside until midnight, even in the off-season, and from the big playground in the park next door. Since it's beside a pocha, I could still hear drunk people after 2 AM. The first two floors of the building are restaurants. I got a key for a room on the fifth floor, and it was already 31°C as soon as I opened the door. It was November, but the room was so hot that I drove to Yeosu with the air conditioner on. Wow, it must face due south, and the window is big. I slept with the air conditioner running.
