There’s parking, and the smart TV lets you cast YouTube or Netflix. The motel itself is somewhat old. It costs 40,000 KRW per night.

I come back to the S Motel whenever I’m in Yeosu. It’s clean and almost smoke-free, and the owner is really nice. Before I head out, the owner cleans everything thoroughly, and even in peak season lets me rent the room for 40,000 won. Had another great stay!

The facilities are somewhat dated, but they’re kept in good shape, and the air conditioning worked well. I like firm bedding, so the rather firm mattress suited me. I paid 45,000 won for a weekday night in late July, which felt reasonable, and the staff were friendly. I was surprised to find cigarette butts in the toilet when I first checked in, but otherwise I was satisfied for the price.

The room seemed clean and the bathroom was tidy, even though I didn’t inspect them closely. The cleaning staff were kind, too. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the airport.
