Yongin Central CO'OP Hotel

We spent two nights there during our Korea visit. The room was nice, spacious, and clean, though the location wasn't great; it was still within walking distance. Breakfast was the worst part: very few food and drink choices, and the menu was the same every day except for one item. Just two non-English-speaking staff were handling the entire breakfast operation.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot in Yongin, close to the main road, Yongin University, and major public transport. It had just opened, with a nice design throughout. The rooms were neat and clean with a modern feel, and breakfast was good. Everyone on staff was hospitable. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend it to others. Tq

I stayed here for 14 days because of quarantine. The room facilities were good, with a smart TV, hair dryer, 5g wifi, fridge, and electric kettle. But the food was a disaster: portions were too small and the food wasn't suited to foreigners. There were also frequent, unnecessary announcements that disturbed me. Not suitable for foreigners.

The reception staff were nice, and the hotel restaurant gives guests a 10% (?) discount. The pasta was amazing, though the buffet and salad bar didn't offer many options. The building also has a uni lodge/boarding house attached. Restaurants are nearby, the subway station is really close, and there's a convenience store downstairs in the building. As a tourist, I found the area a little lonely. I booked a Twin Delux/Standard Room on the 10th floor for 10 days. From a distance the room looked clean at check-in, but there was hair in the shower, on the sink, in the bed covers, and even on the towels. The towels had pubic hair. The hygiene was atrocious. All in all, the stay wasn't bad.
