During my four days there, housekeeping never came unless we asked, and at 7 PM we were told it wasn’t available. When someone finally did come, they only took out the trash. No cleaning, fresh bedsheets, or wiping anything down. The WiFi was awful. There’s one router per floor for three or four rooms, and devices simply wouldn’t connect. The food was decent. Staff seemed unprofessional, and they spoke only Egyptian dialect Arabic. Whatever we asked, they wouldn’t give a yes or no, just said “we will check” or “after half an hour,” then never followed up. The only good guy was the electrician. I could write a whole book about what was wrong with this hotel and still have more to say.

There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the food was good with enough served at each meal. Our room was kept clean, and the management, staff, and service were all good and accommodating. We had a great stay, without hassles. Highly recommend.

The staff were professional and provided very good service, and the toilets were clean. But I couldn’t sleep through the night because the room’s AC was so noisy. The pillows felt like rocks, and the bedsheets and duvet were in a terrible state. I even got rashes on my skin.

The outside looks poorly maintained, and the road customers have to use to get there isn’t good. I can’t comment on the inside.

I didn’t feel safe here as a woman. The hotel says it offers a free airport shuttle, but there wasn’t one. They called a taxi instead, and when I refused to pay more than the agreed price, the driver followed me into the airport and acted aggressively. It was a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
