Hampton By Hilton Kuwait Salmiya

During my 14-day training trip, I found the room consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast had a great variety and was amazing. I had a very pleasant stay, with excellent service, and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The valet staff were easily the best part of our stay: very nice and respectful. Reception was a different story. Abdelwaheed didn’t greet us and kept texting on his phone while we spoke. He began greeting guests who arrived after us even though we were still waiting. We’d requested rooms next to each other, and he agreed, but then handed us keys for rooms that weren’t together. When I raised it again, he said we’d have to pay extra without explaining that beforehand or offering options. The reception experience needs work. I’d give 5 stars for the valet staff alone.

The food was superb, and Lahiru made us delicious eggs each morning. The room was clean, the staff and service were amazing, and Florentyna welcomed us so warmly. Farhan, Annas, Nour, Swabra, and Sohel were incredible and helpful, and made me feel at ease. A huge thanks to Ameerah, the sweetest and most considerate hotel manager. I had a lovely stay at Hampton and will choose Hampton Kuwait for all my future visits. 🩷🩷🩷

During my 2-night stay at Hampton Hilton, the stunning sea view and clean, comfortable room made a great impression. When I had a small problem with the bathroom light, the staff fixed it right away. Ms Amira, the hotel GM, was friendly and hospitable, and Ms. Nour, the restaurant manager, made sure I had the best breakfast. I really enjoyed it and highly recommend the hotel.
