The food at Rooftop for Iftar was great, with a wide choice of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts. I liked that there were options for everyone, from seafood and grilled meats to pasta and Asian dishes. Ma'am Bouchra was really accommodating while we dined in, and the staff were polite, attentive, and quick to clear the plates.

Breakfast was amazing, with delicious food and freshly made bread and eggs. Mr July, shakira, and Ms Bushra welcomed us, and we’ll surely be back. I highly recommend it, since I do food blogs in kuwait! Brother Whis at the Icon Rooftop did an amazing job taking care of our needs when we visited. He was spectacular at his work, 10/10. During our stay at Arabella Kuwait, staff repeatedly asked how many adults were in our room. It made us uncomfortable, especially when my daughter was stopped and questioned about it too. I believe that should have been handled with more professionalism and sensitivity, particularly with a child. There was also water leaking from the roof in our room, and the robes were ripped and not in acceptable condition. Those maintenance and housekeeping problems caused discomfort for our family and should have been dealt with promptly to provide a safe, pleasant stay. I understand hotels have policies and maintenance challenges, but the way these things were handled felt intrusive and unpleasant. I hope guest communication, room maintenance, and quality control improve so guests feel more comfortable and respected.

Service stayed friendly and attentive even during the busy Iftar period, and the buffet had plenty of variety: Arabic and international dishes, fresh salads, tasty mains, and good Ramadan desserts. At Arabella Beach Hotel Kuwait, the elegant, relaxing atmosphere was just right for breaking fast. A pleasant, well-organized Iftar buffet for families or gatherings.

Jahangir from housekeeping was the best, helping us with everything we needed and making the stay more comfortable. At Envy resturant, the food was fresh, very good, and well prepared. Boshra and Subadib were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable and looked after. Thanks to the Envy resuraante team for the great food and excellent service. Arabella Beach Hotel was clean and relaxing, a peaceful spot by the beach. I’d recommend Arabella Beach Hotel and Envy Café, and look forward to coming back.
