The rooms were spacious and generally clean, with everything we needed. During our week, they were cleaned twice, but whenever we asked for anything, it was brought right to our room. We enjoyed every meal at the restaurant, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The buffets were just okay. There was also a lot of lovely local art to look at. We liked having a water view from our room, but this isn't the island's nicest side. It's windy, and the beach collects garbage and seaweed. They cleaned it each morning, but by midday it was full again, so we never swam there. Luckily we had a car and could drive to nicer beaches. I gave four stars because I overheard a server complain about a tip. I'd left 10 to 20 US dollars after each meal, and she said, “Did they not see the amount of their bill,” as if she deserved a much larger tip. It really rubbed us the wrong way. I'd still recommend staying here. It's the only all-inclusive on the island, and that can be worthwhile since food and drinks cost so much elsewhere.

The staff were probably the best part of our stay. From the doorman, check in team, concierges, bartenders, wait staff, maintenance, and cleaners, everyone was on top of their game and made us feel at home. We had a clean, comfortable two bedroom unit while sharing a week with another couple. The food was some of the tastiest we've had, with generous portions, and the theme night menus were worth trying. I'd recommend the all-inclusive plan. The resort sits on the quieter East Side, which suited us since we wanted to relax. All the units have Caribbean-facing patios or large balconies, and there were plenty of loungers by the beach and pools, so no need to get up early to claim them. We joined the daily activities and took advantage of transportation to Georgetown for shopping, $20 US per person round trip. They also offer excursions for nominal fees. It was a beautiful, relaxing week, and we'd highly recommend the Wyndham Reel Resort and plan to return.

We wanted an easygoing island getaway, and The Reef Beach Resort on the East End suited us perfectly. The quiet atmosphere and less crowded beaches made the area feel peaceful. We especially liked the beach access for unhurried mornings and sunrise walks. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the whole place felt welcoming and low stress. If you're after nightlife or constant activities, it may not be your kind of place. For ocean views, calm beaches, and a relaxing Caribbean stay, The Reef is a great choice.

We really enjoyed our 90 minute couples massage with Keisha and Rose. The warm table, oils, towels, and hot stones were lovely, and the two individual bottles of prosecco were a nice touch. There was also some good snorkeling between Wyndham and Morritt's next door. All rooms have water views, and our bed was fairly comfortable. Since every room faces sunrise, the blackout curtains were great. Our first room was in a busy spot and the balcony slider was hard to open, but they found us a quieter room when we asked. We had a Jacuzzi tub and didn't use the outdoor ones. The room water in the sinks and shower wasn't very hot, and I mentioned it at checkout. The shower clothesline came in handy, as did the mini fridge with its ice cube tray, microwave, and dishes. The room was cleaned twice during our week, and staff brought anything else we needed right away. They provide beach towels, and laundry machines are available, though you need CI quarters. On arrival we appreciated the free rum punch, fruit punch, or water and a chair massage with Keisha. There's a gentle timeshare pitch, which is easy to decline, and daily activities like karaoke, bingo, and yoga. The restaurant has nightly theme dinners, an a la carte menu, and an outside bar. We had delicious breakfasts in the dining room twice, where a buffet was also available, and enjoyed the local art. Yes, the East End is windy, there's sargassum in the water that staff push away each morning, and it's a bit of a drive to other things. That wasn't a surprise to us. We had a rental car, and the ocean view and low room rate worked nicely for our trip.

The room was spotless and everything in it worked. We had a master bedroom plus two Murphy beds, and it was very comfortable. The pools and hot tub were nice to use when we had downtime, and taking part in the resort activities was fun. Alec ran things like pickleball, bingo, basketball H.O.R.S.E, cornhole, bumper pool, poker, and blackjack. He was great company and really lifted our stay. Russel, our waiter at the bar, also kept us entertained with a card trick, especially while we waited for food in the pouring rain. We had a fantastic time here with family, even without the all-inclusive package. The food was all really good, though the menu could use more variety for anyone staying awhile. We ended up driving to try other places. At first the front desk was attentive, but over our week there it felt like they moved on from us and treated us differently. They also gave us incorrect information at times about island activities, including boat times for the stingray and bioluminescent tours. Still, it was an amazing few weeks ago, and I’d recommend joining the activities, where winning gets you a free drink.
