The location was a real plus. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores, but away from the craziness of Seven Mile Beach. At times the beach felt secluded, which we loved, and the snorkeling just off shore was nice. We stayed over Christmas. Our problem was unit #5. The mattresses were old and lumpy, and we woke up with bad backs every morning. The coffee maker was stained and old too. After talking with other guests, it sounded like this unit was the issue: it hasn’t been updated in years, while other units had been. We paid high season rates and were disappointed with the value for money.
