The bed was a bit uncomfortable, perhaps too firm for some people. The apartment also got very warm because the underfloor heating couldn't be switched off, so we left the windows open overnight. At least they had fly screens, though we could hear a nearby construction site in the morning. We asked the staff to check the heating. An employee came and said they'd call a technician, but we heard nothing more before we left. On the plus side, the shower was very spacious, the mirror was great, and the furniture was high quality. The price-performance ratio was extremely good. Reception and café staff were attentive and helpful. They arranged a taxi from the airport for us on arrival, which cost 9,000 KZT, and let us lock away our suitcases after check-out on departure day.

Shops and restaurants are close by, and the sea is nearby too. It's a comfortable hotel with a decent breakfast. The staff don't speak English, but they use a translator to communicate the essentials.

It's new, comfortable, convenient, clean, and well looked after. The staff are very polite and welcoming. If you don't understand English, they'll help using a translation app. Airport-to-hotel transfers can be booked in advance for KZT 5,000. You can also ask reception for a hotel-to-airport transfer at the same price. Both are paid to the hotel, so paying by credit card is an option.
