It’s a filthy dump, with a bad smell and cockroaches. The nearby sea stinks too. You get what you pay for, but I’d rather spend more on an apartment. I don’t recommend staying here.

The place was a little worn down and not very clean, and it was hard to find. Still, they responded quickly. It was cheap for a night’s rest after being at the airport all night, and there was room to keep bicycles in the room.

Everything is on the ground floor, which made things easier with our suitcases, and the sea is close by. We also had an excellent Russian banya, a big supermarket, an inexpensive, tasty restaurant, and handy bus stops within 100 meters. Buses 2 and 3 stop on the sea side, while 2, 5, and 107 stop on the other side of the microdistrict. Beaches, a rocky trail, and an amusement park are all a 7-10-minute walk away. I’d highly recommend the location.

We came for the first time and filmed what we found. The carpet was extremely dirty, the sofas had holes, the microwave wouldn’t heat, and the ceiling was covered with cobwebs. The door was a nightmare, there were holes in the walls, the plumbing was terrible, and the toilet seat was loose. There were only two plates, two spoons, and a knife. We couldn’t find a dull board or any salt, so we had to ask for everything we needed. And the manager was completely drunk. Who drinks while working? We’re not coming back.
