The good parts were a warm room and a convenient location, but the condition of the place was awful. Everything seemed stained, including the elevators. The fridge still had oil and gingerbread mess from previous guests, the shower curtain was dirty, and the sofa sagged and had cigarette burns. Even after more than seven years in operation, plaster from the bathroom construction was still on the floor, and some wall tiles were coming loose. I arrived at 6 a.m. to find the room unmade and the bedding unchanged. The receptionist said she couldn't help because it wasn't her room. There was washed but unironed linen in the closet, so I tried to iron it, but it was badly creased. In the morning, my friend, who had booked the room for me, messaged the owner about all this. He replied with just a question mark, and we still don't know what he meant.

The rooms were warm and decent, with hot water and a kitchen that had everything needed. There's no hair dryer, though, and Wi-Fi was missing entirely on some floors and didn't reach everywhere else. The sea view is lovely. We booked a sea-view room through Bookling, but got one without a view. The receptionist asked us to pay extra for a sea-view room. I wanted to use my card, but they only accepted a transfer. The whole thing felt murky and left a bad aftertaste. The hotel is in a converted apartment building with a single entrance. In general it's fine, but for this price I'd look for something better next time. It wasn't for me.
