Tengri Hotel

A great place to stay, with excellent service.

I stay here often because the rooms are warm, clean, and cozy, the food is tasty, and staff respond quickly when I ask for something. The receptionists are kind, polite, and helpful. The location is really convenient, too. Shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, a clinic, a mosque, and bus stops are all within walking distance. I recommend it.

There aren't any decent food options nearby. The hotel's restaurant rarely has the items shown on its menu, and it usually doesn't offer meals or breakfast. Nearby shopping centers are commercial and have no food courts. The noise made it impossible to sleep. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors whispering, and at night there were often drunk guests coming in, shouting, making a scene, partying, and loudly moaning during sex. The rooms are cramped, with outlets only for the TV and fridge. To charge my phone, I had to use the bathroom or hair dryer outlet. The TV faces the closet, so watching from bed isn't possible. I had to sit on the floor or at the very edge of the bed. The toilet cistern didn't work, so I fixed it myself. There was no hot water in the shower, and we had to wash in cold water. Wi-Fi only worked at reception. I don't recommend this place.

The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The location is great, and the staff were helpful.
