We parked our campertruck by the entrance, which was appreciated. Our standard room was a good size, with working aircon and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, too. We stayed for two nights and had a lovely time.

Everything else was fine, but there was no hot water. I think a hotel really needs that, especially in the colder months.

Breakfast has plenty of tasty options, and the service is good. I’d choose the standard single room again: the pricier luxury and premium rooms seem to have the same furnishings and design, just more space. The standard room already feels roomy, nothing like the cramped rooms you might find in Japan or Europe. To me, this is the best hotel in Aqtobe city.

I stayed for a month and really liked it. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. In my view, it’s the best hotel in town.
