The bathroom layout is very inconvenient. The sink is right in front of the toilet, which makes ablutions difficult for people performing namaz. I attached a photo. On the plus side, I liked that they use Grass shower gel and shampoo, and there are irons on every floor. The rooms have air conditioning and smart TVs, and the hotel is new, though the location isn't especially convenient. The staff are nice, but breakfast was 50/50 and we weren't fully satisfied. At 45,000 tenge, a double room isn't worth it. I know they opened in 2022, but...

We were heading to another hotel, but the confusing courtyards made it impossible to find our way to the 4-star Amsterdam Hotel!! We took a chance on this unfamiliar new place instead, and don't regret it. The location is excellent if you're traveling by car. The hotel could use a few improvements, like more furniture in the suites and a bathroom hook. We'll definitely come back next time.

The room was spacious, and this new hotel felt very cozy. The food was delicious, and the chef gets a solid 10 from me. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Aktobe. Best wishes to the management, keep up the good work and the high service quality!

I was disappointed to find trash on the floor :(. I like walking barefoot in my room, so that really bothered me. Otherwise, the hotel and room were excellent, and breakfast was excellent too. Even though it's near the road, the room is quiet.
