It’s a good hotel for the price, and rooms are clean and cozy. There are almost always rooms available. The kitchen is adequate, though the food isn’t great. It’s a little away from the city center, which also means quiet and clean air. There’s even a hippodrome at the hotel where you can ride horses. A great place.

The hotel is small, but laid out well and meets fire safety regulations. Rooms are quite large and have what you need, including a shower, toilet, fridge, and air conditioning. The family room fits four easily with its extra fold-out sofa. It’s quiet and set well back from the highway, with private parking right outside the windows and gates locked at night. It’s very affordable, too. When we’re driving through Aktobe and need an overnight stop, this is the best place. They welcome you like family at any hour, feed you generously, and pack snacks for the road.

Hello. I like everything else and am happy with the hotel and its atmosphere. But the receptionists are always dissatisfied. Please talk to your staff. We come here to relax, but they treat us as if they were at home. We pay to relax, not for their good mood. This isn’t just my opinion. Thank you for understanding! 😘

For a stop while passing through Aktobe, it’s not bad. The water pressure is good and the soundproofing is decent, though the rooms are small and the beds squeak a bit.
