The location is excellent for getting around Almaty, right behind a mall and near many main attractions, and the hostel is great value. I spent a couple of days there and really enjoyed how easy it was to meet people. Everyone was welcoming, and even though my Russian is very limited, people tried speaking English with me. The rooms stayed at a comfortable temperature; it can get cold sometimes, but there are plenty of blankets. The setup is thoughtful, with a main light, a night light, and two outlets for charging. You can cook in the kitchen, and guests sometimes share meals, which gives the place a community feel. There are also two washing machines and an ironing board, handy for longer stays.

The mattress was high quality, and the place was quiet, so I slept really well. Pulse Capsule Hotel has a cozy, welcoming design and a warm, modern atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and made me feel at home even though I was so far from Argentina. The shared spaces are well organized and social, a nice way to meet travelers from different countries. It’s central and felt safe, close to public transport, cafés, and Almaty’s main sights. The price is great for what you get, with comfort, cleanliness, and good vibes. I’d happily come back and recommend it to fellow travelers. Muchas gracias and hasta pronto, Almaty! 🇦🇷✨
