Airis Residence Hotel

The reception being open 24 hours was helpful, and the staff were attentive with a good command of English. Recently revised. Great hotel, and it exceeded my expectations.

Good location and friendly staff. They could offer more breakfast choices.

The rooms are comfortable, and there’s a small breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff were excellent, helpful, and friendly.

I appreciated that the staff were nice and honest. They accidentally charged me twice for the stay, caught it, and made sure it was corrected before I left. The bed was comfortable, the pillows decent, and the AC worked well. They also provide bottled water. It was fairly close to things, though a scooter or quick rideshare made getting around easier. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable. I couldn't stream music, use YouTube, or use any other app on the TV, so you'd need a decent mobile data package if you plan to spend time at the hotel. The shower got warm after running for a while, but never hot. The walls are thin, and you can easily hear other guests. Breakfast was available, and it was better on my first day than the second. I’d have found it easier to plan on eating out. I wouldn’t personally stay here again, though I was taken care of while I was there.
