AtHome at Tengiz Towers

It was okay.

From the outside, the courtyard seems well arranged. A playground sits in the middle where children can play, and there are cared-for flower beds by the entrances. It's a lovely place for residents and their guests to relax. I come here often.

I booked for 1:00 PM and was told the technician would be there in 5-7 minutes. I waited 18 minutes before the technician showed up, asked me to wait, and said she'd call me. It was very unpleasant and irresponsible. The service is awful, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The location is excellent, and the views of the neighboring Bukhar Zhyrau residential complex and Central Stadium are stunning. But the layout inside and outside is inconvenient, so the location feels like a scam. The two towers sit oddly far apart, with a partition between them like a flea market. The apartment design is poorly thought out, with rooms that don't offer privacy. The playground looks like something from the Bronx in a bad neighborhood. I thought the inside would be beautiful, but it isn't. My clients haven't been able to rent out their apartment for three months.
