Getting around was easy for me, with metro and public transport nearby, and taxis in the city are affordable too. I was really happy with how warmly and respectfully guests were treated. Big thanks to the team, especially receptionist Gulmira, for the welcome and hospitality. The rooms felt fresh, cozy, and comfortable, and were in great shape. Prices are reasonable, so it’s a lovely option for a longer stay.

We were happy with the clean rooms. The hotel is in a quiet area with not much nearby, though the metro is close.

There’s no food cooked at the hotel, so you’ll need to eat elsewhere. Shops and cafes are across the street. The breakfast for 1,000 tenge is very basic: packet coffee, two pieces of bread with cheese, two eggs, and jam, almost like a dry ration. It works as a place to sleep between flights, but I wouldn’t expect more. The room was clean and warm, with heating and AC. You can smoke on the balcony, and there’s a toilet, shower, toothbrushes, and Wi-Fi. A taxi from the airport took about 30 minutes and cost 2,800 tenge. We ordered through Yandex and paid in cash after exchanging money at the airport.
