Hotel Best Western Plus Atakent Park

The mattress had a broken spring sticking out, which felt like a safety issue, and the room didn't meet my expectations for a four-star hotel. We're currently here on a four-day booking. Reception seemed unfriendly, and check-in wasn't organized for handling a large group reservation. On the second day, our requests for more water and condiments weren't fulfilled either. Based on this stay, I'd hesitate to recommend the hotel for a holiday.

The room's air conditioning was the one letdown, it never got properly cold. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had lots of choices and was nicely laid out. The hotel sits back from the main street, so it stays quiet, even though there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking is available, but guests have to pay for it.

I was there for five days and enjoyed the friendly staff and really good breakfasts, fresh and varied every morning. Shops, a small mall, and lots of nice restaurants are just around the corner, so the location made things easy. The hotel feels a little old-fashioned, though, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Still, I had a pleasant stay.

We stayed in July 2025 and the rooms were clean, with a good spread at breakfast. There are lots of restaurants, malls, and cafes around this prime location. Also, the lobby smelled amazing. @Best Western Staff, what perfume do you put in the aromatic diffuser? Please let me know!
