City Park Hotel

I paid a month ahead and couldn't get a refund when I wanted to change hotels. I then spent a month barely sleeping. The room was cold, though there was an air conditioner for heating. The mattress sagged so badly that I slept on the floor. On my first day, I had to ask for a different blanket because the one there hadn't been washed after someone used it. There were cobwebs, and the double bed looked as if it was never cleaned. I had to call someone over and show them. Grease was on the kitchen wall too, which I cleaned myself. There was no real oversight of the cleaning. The Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and the TV kept losing its connection. The place is a walk-through courtyard with no soundproofing. I could hear people sneezing in other rooms, and there were drunken arguments and swearing around the clock. You couldn't sleep. In short, it felt like a brothel. The two women at reception, one Kazakh and one Russian, were rude, spoke loudly, and didn't seem trained to deal with hotel guests. When I showed them my room and asked for the cobwebs to be removed and the floor under the bed washed, the Kazakh receptionist told me to check out. ))) Inappropriate!!! This is no place for a holiday or a family. I don't recommend it. No stars!!!
