The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and our room was spotless, with a stylish city look and modern facilities. We had a lovely stay. Small grocery shops are just two minutes away, and the Singapore Embassy is a 15-minute walk. We’d happily come back to Almaty.

Everything felt clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. Muhamadzhona at reception deserves a special mention for being prompt and sorting out any issues. We were very satisfied with the Da Vinci Hotel and will come back.
