Our stay was spacious and quiet, and it made our Almaty vacation much less stressful and really pleasant. Tatiana was very helpful while we were there. Mr.Dimitri was also a great help at check-in, then gave us a quick ride into the city to show us malls, shopping, and pubs. He also suggested the hotel and Kazhakh food. Thank you, Dimitri.

I felt at home during my seven nights here. The apartment was spacious, very clean, well furnished, and well kept. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the location is great. Tatiana, the caretaker, was caring from the moment I arrived and offered me some special Kazakh breads when I was hungry. She’s a very nice person. Aliona was helpful too whenever I needed anything.

It’s a nice place with services close by, and the hostess was very cooperative.

It’s fine for a single night, especially if you’re arriving from the airport. The furniture is old and the bedding only okay. The owner and elderly maid, though, are humble, cheerful, and helpful when needed. I’m sharing this review for the Arabs.
