Grand Mildom Hotel

I spent a week here on a work trip, and the staff made it much better by taking care of our needs and checking in often to see if we were all right. They kept the conference room supplied with what we needed and even adjusted the food orders to suit us. The hotel was really nice.

The spa and pool area made it easy to relax, and my room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had an amazing view from the window. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great range of choices. Grand Mildom Hotel is on Dostyk Avenue, close to shops, parks, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A lovely combination of comfort, style, and good service. I’d love to return!

I came for four business nights, then extended the stay so I could relax at the spa. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, was polite and genuine, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was so fresh and varied it deserves its own review. Parking right out front was convenient, and the karaoke bar was full of energy and laughter at night. Everything seemed very well managed. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town.

My room felt cozy and homey, with a comfortable bed, modern furnishings, plenty of space, and a spotless finish. The view from the window was stunning, especially at night. I also enjoyed the clean, well-kept spa and swimming pool, and the buffet breakfast had lots of fresh dishes and local specialties. From the warm, professional welcome to the excellent location, Grand Mildom Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s on Dostyk Avenue near the city center, cafes, and lovely parks, making it a good spot for exploring Almaty or unwinding after a busy day. One of my best hotel experiences. I’d recommend it for business or leisure and will surely return.
