The employees made the stay for me. Both people at the front desk were especially warm and friendly.

We booked three rooms for our family, including room 206, and heard the neighbors plainly through the walls. The air conditioner was noisy and made alarming sounds, like it might explode. There were no bidets in the bathrooms. Breakfast was very basic: sometimes there wasn’t even milk for tea, and on some days the only option was boiled eggs. Our linens weren’t changed during the nine days, though towels were. Drinking water was meant to be supplied daily, but it wasn’t; I had to ask, and sometimes nobody responded. The location was a plus for sightseeing: the TV tower is under 3 km away and visible from the room window, while the zoo and Arbat Street are each 6 km away. The airport is about 12 km away.
