For such a cheap price, the service and interior are about what you’d expect, and they’re still fine. The location is the real problem: there’s a night bar in the next building, so falling asleep around midnight wasn’t as easy as I’d have liked.

It was very clean and good for children, and the customer service was good too. We managed to communicate using Google Translate.

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The breakfasts were filling and had plenty of variety, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we slept like babies. The rooms were modern and clean. Thanks for the hospitality!

I arrived with suitcases to find the reception unmanned, and got no help or even a glass of water. When I did reach staff, they insisted the hotel was full, despite several rooms showing as available with prices on the booking platform. Pointing that out got me a shrug and “system error,” with no apology, alternative, or partner hotel suggestion. I sent screenshots of those supposedly unavailable rooms to Booking.com with my complaint. This was a complete disappointment, and I’ll book elsewhere. If you expect basic professionalism and respectful treatment, avoid this place.
