I couldn’t sleep all night. First the water was shut off, so I couldn’t shower or do anything, and then the power went out in the morning. I couldn’t even take my makeup off. There was drilling for two hours while they fixed something, and the noise made it impossible to rest. The rooms smell strongly of raw materials, and there’s no way to air them out. The furniture is cheap, and there’s a smell in the rooms. The “smart home” setup is useless without internet or Alice working. The curtains and lights connect through Alice, so I couldn’t close the curtains or switch on the lights. The shower is a really cheap Chinese one: after half an hour, only hot water comes through. This hotel definitely isn’t for girls who like long swims.

The city view is stunning, and the rooms have a designer look with a big, powerful Alice!!!! It’s a wonderful spot with fresh mountain air, about 15 minutes from the city.

The restaurant had delicious food, a cool interior, and lots of live plants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and clean, and our huge deluxe room had plenty of variety and worked well for a family with children. In the evening, though, there wasn’t enough light. We also found it unjustified that the lights and curtains only work through “Alice,” since sometimes we couldn’t turn on the lights or open the curtains :)) There’s no elevator either, so be careful bringing suitcases up to the 4th floor.

The hotel’s location is great in both winter and summer, and the food is delicious. It’s an excellent hotel, but the staff could use some work. At reception and among the waiters, some people are genuinely happy to see you while others seem not to care at all. Good luck!

The cleanliness was awful, and it just wasn’t worth it. I swear I feel like I was ripped off. I’ve been waiting since yesterday for my money to be returned, but nothing has shown up in my account. I don’t recommend this place. If I could give less than one star, I would. I swear to God, it’s not worth it.
