The only decent thing here is that there's WiFi, though I didn't even try it, and the mega mall is just a 10 minute drive away if you need to escape. The hotel itself was awful. The air conditioning didn't work, the mattress was hard as rock, and the pillows felt like balloons with holes in them. The outlets barely worked and there were no extra blankets. The bathtub had a hole in it. And when I turned the tap to the coldest setting to avoid scalding myself, the water got ten times hotter. I would give this place a negative rating if I could. Do NOT stay here under ANY circumstances.

The surroundings were peaceful, which was the one advantage. The room was in poor shape, the service wasn't helpful, and breakfast was a joke, just two eggs.

It's an old, decent hotel among condominiums, and quite convenient if you're visiting someone nearby. For Almaty prices it's cheap, but the service is very poor and the rooms are small. I changed rooms twice trying to find a better mattress.

The staff were courteous, but the building is dated and our room wasn't cleaned during the stay. The mattress had clearly reached the end of its life and still hadn't been replaced. It's a 2 star hotel, so at that low price you get what you'd expect.

One of the worst places on earth. The rooms were dirty, with holes everywhere, and animals and insects were all over the place, even inside the bed sheets.
