Hotel Leyla Almaty 1

It’s a cozy hotel, and the staff have been polite with me. What ruined it was the frequent drunken parties and arguments, with shouting and very loud moaning at 2 a.m. Without all that noise, it would be a really good place.

It’s quiet and cozy, and the staff are polite. The location is a bit outside the city center, but it’s handy for people working in the city’s industrial zone. My friends visited and loved the place.

A cozy, clean hotel, and the women at reception are always polite and courteous. The staff are friendly and ready to help whenever you need something.

My husband and I have been staying here for nine years. The renovations are very good, and it’s always clean and tidy, with spotless bed linen. We really have nothing to complain about.
