The beds are comfortable, and there’s laundry service. It’s also very close to sayran bus station, which is handy. I’ve stayed here twice, and the staff are generally very nice. I especially appreciated seeing the cleaning ladies working around the clock, even in winter. There are all kinds of people in a place like this, and some aren’t respectful or clean, but the cleaning ladies do their best to keep the shared spaces in order. The heat was the hard part for me. In summer it was so hot I could barely sleep. You can’t open the windows, and using the AC is a struggle, especially since local guests often seem to prefer warmer temperatures. It only reaches one side of the room, too. In winter, the heater was running, so we also had to use the AC and ran into the same problem. I also found the shared bathroom setup, with several showers and toilets in one area, uncomfortable at times.
