The owner let us check in early and leave late without any hassle, and even provided water free. My wife and I would stay here again when I visit Almaty. The room in the villa was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with 2 balconies, TV, AC, an electric kettle, microwave, and toiletries. Bed linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery were supplied too. There’s also a cozy lounge with a sofa for spending time with other guests. Public transport, a supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. Very strongly recommended.

The rooms were really spacious and clean. Host Almaz was very helpful and let us check out late. He showed us around the garden, and even with the language difference we could communicate well using Google translate. A very good experience at the hotel.

The room is set back from the road, so it's quite quiet. It was spacious and clean, with a balcony, large bathroom, kettle, table, and chairs. The AC gets very cold. It’s not far from the airport, transport links are good, and a taxi ride to the center is quick. I’ll definitely come back.
