The rooms were quiet even with Mildom City Hotel right in central Almaty. They’re clean, modern, and comfortable, with good heating for winter, comfortable beds, and all the essentials. Staff were polite and professional, helped with local guidance, taxis, and special requests, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Most attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops are an easy walk away, which made getting around convenient for both sightseeing and business. It’s good value, with great service and a prime location. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it for comfort and convenience in the city center.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with a cozy feel that helped me relax. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help. Mildom City Hotel is right in the center of Almaty, close to everything. Stylish, clean, and welcoming, I highly recommend it.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the helpful staff made things easy. It wasn’t very big, but one room was enough for our small family, and the price worked for our budget. There are lots of cafes nearby, including navat restaurant for authentic kazakh cuisine. We liked it!

I stayed at Mildom City Hotel at Nauryzbay Batyr 122 in Almaty and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, close to cafes and attractions, and the cozy, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff made the stay great. My room was clean, and I’d definitely come back.

Really enjoyed my Kazakhstan trip and this hotel was a great place to stay. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. I also loved the free, clean water ;)
