Mildom Residence Hotel

The hotel is modern, clean, and in a very good location. The rooms are a bit small, and the aircon temperature control doesn’t work, but otherwise they’re fully equipped. Staff are helpful and can manage English. The breakfast menu is very good, and the Wi-Fi is excellent, fast, and has wide coverage. They provide a jar instead of bottled water, and guests have to fill it from the dispenser in the lounge. I feel housekeeping should take care of that.

The team helped us pick and organize a nature tour around Almaty, explaining the options and finding one that fit our schedule. They recommended beautiful places, and that help made our trip more memorable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and ready to answer our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was convenient for restaurants and the city center. We had a wonderful stay and would come back next time we visit Almaty.

Great modern hotel in a perfect spot near Arbat Street and Green Bazaar. The service could be better.

I found Mildom Hotel calm and relaxing, with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient location. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety, including English, Thai, and many other cuisines. The service stood out most. Rasool at Reception was especially helpful and friendly, and his good English made everything much easier for me. He went the extra mile whenever I needed help. I’d gladly stay again and recommend Mildom Hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.
