Om Hostel

Very cheap, and very clean, though crowded.

The two administrators were friendly and nice. There is a kitchen at the hostel, and parking shouldn't be a problem, even for a truck. The nearest store is a ten-minute walk, though I couldn't find a canteen nearby. As I understood it, using the shower and laundry costs extra, which is disappointing. I ended up here at 2 a.m. after my reservation elsewhere fell through and I needed somewhere to stop. It's a converted two-story private house, with about three rooms for overnight guests and around ten people in each. The smell was, to put it mildly, what you'd expect. There weren't enough lockers for me, but my belongings were still there after two days. I got up at 8 and everyone was still asleep, though I imagine it gets going around 9 or 10. There are two bathrooms. It's up to you.

The park nearby and the pleasant location were a real plus. The bus stop is a bit far, but that also means very few cars and public transport pass by. It was clean and cozy, and both the management and guests were polite and responsive. Thanks for the warm welcome. Wishing you prosperity, we'll be back!

We paid upfront for a week, but had to leave two days early because of circumstances and got no refund. The attitude toward guests was rude and unpleasant. The place was dirty and worn: torn bed linens, stained ceilings (I already deleted the photo from my phone, unfortunately), and a kitchen with old, broken dishes. There was just one bathroom and always a line, with staff even pushing ahead of guests.
