The food was great, and our accommodation was really comfortable. Malika and another guy were especially helpful and attentive, and everyone treated us with such warmth. We had kind hospitality and excellent service the whole time, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We slept well because it stayed quiet in the evening, even though the hotel is on the main road. The staff were very helpful, and you can walk to a few tourist spots. Breakfast was good 👍🏽

It's a new, nice place, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are small, though not tiny, and it's very quiet outside. There's a great Turkish restaurant right outside. It's rated four stars, but the rooms and beds feel quite five-star.

We stayed at Ozen palace almaty from 4 feb to 10 feb after booking through agoda. We applied a coupen for 20,000/- rs cashback. According to agoda's policy, we had to pay the full amount at checkout and then receive the refund a month later. The cashback never arrived. When we contacted agoda, they said ozen palace hotel had cancelled our booking, even though we had stayed there for those dates. This felt like fraud. Do not stay at ozen palace hotel.

Everything was very clean, and breakfast was great. The staff were really nice too. Bauka let me try some traditional chocolat, a lovely extra touch. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
