The place was dirty and dusty, and the laundry service left me especially disappointed. I brought in an expensive shirt and got it back with holes. When they collected it, they’d said it was intact and in good condition, but afterward they argued that it was my fault instead of apologizing. It cost over 50,000 tenge, yet they wouldn’t even pay 15,000 tenge in compensation. I’m very unhappy with the work and their attitude.

Good afternoon. My friends and I didn’t stay at the hotel. We ate at the Shashlychnaya next door and had a good meal.
