Kamilla made us feel so welcome, and the free breakfast she brought out each morning was delicious, especially the pancakes. The cabin had everything we needed, too. We spent a winter stay at this beautiful property and loved how easy it was to get to with Yandex Go, even though it felt secluded and close to nature. Mosh Mosh, the friendly cat who lives there, was a lovely bonus. Such a cozy, peaceful getaway.

Kamila and her team were so kind and ready to help that staying at Qazaq Garden felt almost like visiting family. The garden is carefully kept, with charming spots to relax and take photos, and the peaceful setting surrounded by nature was a lovely break from the busy city. It was one of the most memorable parts of our trip, and we’ll always remember our time there. If you’re visiting Almaty, it’s a beautiful, cozy place to stay. Alana was so helpful and accommodating throughout our winter stay at Qazaq Garden in Almaty. She helped with everything we needed, and even contacted the airport about our flights because of the situation in the Middle East. We really appreciated her kindness. The villa was cozy and peaceful, with lovely snowy views. We did wish it had one more toilet, especially for a group of friends, but we still had a lovely stay. ❄️

The photos were a true picture of the property. We stayed three nights, and Alana and Kamila made us feel welcome and looked after us so well. We loved having breakfast brought to our room. It’s in a quiet spot uphill, still near the city, and taxis and delivery drivers can get there easily. Thanks again for a pleasant stay!

The mountain and city views, the calm decor, and the sauna made Qazaq Garden feel like a real oasis in the foothills of Almaty. My husband and I travel a lot, but we keep talking about this family-run place and its outstanding, personal service. We loved the breakfast baskets brought to our door, cooking in the shared kitchen, and the nice moments with locals. The property was even more beautiful than the photos, and the 24/7 WhatsApp support was wonderful. We’re hoping to come back in winter.
