Renion Park Hotel

The location is excellent, with all the main attractions nearby. Staff were professional and always ready to help, whether I needed a taxi, room service, tour information, or quick support. I want to thank Aibike, Stas amd lawyer in particular for helping me during my stay last week.

The room was acceptable and the location was good. But during checkout, my wife left her suitcase in what the hotel called a secure area while we ate and waited for the airport shuttle. She realized her phone was inside and went to get it from the staff. When she checked the bag, the phone was gone. She's completely sure she put it there, and I believe her. It was never returned. We won't be back.

We found the twin room clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the service was good. There are lots of restaurants close by, and the location is excellent. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely worth staying here.

I spent 11 nights here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location made sightseeing easy. Green Bazaar, Panfilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, and Arbat Street are all within walking distance. The last day was frustrating. My flight wasn't until 7 PM, but when I asked to extend my stay briefly, the hotel insisted on half a day's charge, 25,000 tenge, with no flexibility or understanding. I checked out at noon and sat around killing time. Staff were a mixed bag. Some barely smiled and came across as strict, almost like they'd been KGB-trained 😅. Good location and a decent stay, though service could improve.
