Royal Max hotel & spa

It’s in a quiet, well-located area, and the staff were friendly and honest. My room was large and spotless, but the furniture was worn and there was no TV. The hotel is in a semi-basement, so a small window is the only source of light in the rooms. Breakfast was just bread with a sausage, an egg, and a tomato slice. I have to say, travelers used to the usual offerings at a typical 3-star European hotel may not feel comfortable here.

The room was in the basement, so it didn’t get too hot despite having no air conditioning. But we couldn’t shut the window, and the street noise was a shame. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was served in the room. It’s close to the center and right across from a great restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend the massage. It wasn’t entirely bad, but it was quite expensive and definitely not worth the money.

I wouldn’t recommend this at all. The two-hour program is a waste of money, and the girls seemed inexperienced and didn’t know how to help someone relax properly. They really don’t understand service here. Sandra was ruder than the old ladies on the benches.
