Never again. I couldn’t check in because the booking department took ages to find my reservation number from trip.com, and the late checkout they’d promised was forgotten. The service and breakfast were both terrible. The non-smoking room also smelled as if guests had been smoking in it. Total mess!

The spa was top-notch 👍🏻. The hotel itself feels a bit old, and breakfast isn’t a highlight. There’s definitely room to improve there.

There’s enough space here for big groups and events, so the hotel can feel almost too large for itself. My room was spacious and had a nice view. Breakfast kept me full on both days, with plenty of options for different diets, and the dinner was tasty and well prepared. I’d recommend it to friends visiting this area.

The huge, ornate chandeliers and impressive halls made me feel like I was staying in a castle. The rooms are ridiculously big too. I’d call it affordable opulence, as their promotional material does. All that space had me feeling like a rich guy for a week.

The spa was terrific, and the rooms were good. Staff weren’t especially friendly, though, and even a simple request for change couldn’t be handled.
