The people working here were friendly, helpful, and really good. The hostel itself is good too. Still, the showers were often cold, and the Wi-Fi didn't work for most of our stay. I changed rooms, but both beds I got were incredibly uncomfortable. The kitchen could use more supplies, especially new frying pans, casseroles, and knives.

What stood out most was having everything close by, from a supermarket to a nonstop restaurant with really good food. The hostel even gives a discount there. After trying a lot of places around Almaty, this ended up being my best choice. I was also pleasantly surprised that it was brand new: super clean and quiet, with new furniture, English-speaking staff, and fast replies. Most things were right on point.

It's new and spotless, but the best thing is the staff, they're awesome and always ready to help. The location works well too, with a metro station nearby and a supermarket right across the street.

A perfect hostel in kazachstan, with lovely people. The market is right opposite the door. There's a pool and sauna somewhere around here. The hostel is clean and full of colour :)
